For thanksgiving, Conrad Lam and partners founded Atease Healthcare Limited (AHL) in 2014 to research and develop safe and reliable health products for holistic care and well being.

Conrad is a seasoned all-rounded pharmaceutical and nutraceutical practitioner, with biochemistry and pharmacology background.  He has worked in global companies like 3M, Pfizer and Nestle, as well as Hong Kong listed companies like Four Seas, doing clinical and regulatory affairs, marketing, research and development , as well as quality management.

In addition to running  AHL, Conrad has also been contributing to the healthcare industry, as a BSI consultant for medical product companies seeking FDA-approval , International healthcare companies and Licensed Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (GMP) .

Conrad has also been continuing his contribution in education. He has been working as the lecturer of Degree programmes and Higher Diploma courses for years,  an external module examiner of management from 2018 to 2027, an IMC school manager from 200 to 2026.
